The Philippine Hospital Association (PHA), under the leadership of Dr. Jose P. Santiago, Jr. attended the Kapihan with Media on October 7, with the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC - PhilHealth) where PhilHealth discussed details encompassing Universal Healthcare, including the Konsulta Package.
The Konsulta Package includes primary care services, fifteen (15) diagnostic services, and twenty one (21) drugs and medicines including antimicrobials, antihypertensives, and antidiabetics among others.
